Straight answers
More questions, answered plainly.
Everything people ask before the call, on the public record. If your question is not here, book the call and ask it there. You will get the same plain answer.
Cost and commitment
What does it cost?
The Program is $7,500, fixed. The Pilot is $2,200, and every dollar of it comes off the Program. The Partnership is $2,200 a month, billed quarterly. No packages to decode and no meter running.
Why a fixed fee instead of a monthly retainer?
Because the work is bounded, so the price should be too. The method runs once through, start to finish, in 7 to 9 weeks. A retainer would pay us to stretch it. A fixed fee pays us to finish it. You end up owning a working system, not renting one.
What exactly is the Pilot?
The Pilot is proof before commitment. One offer, one message, one asset live and measured, in 30 to 45 days. It costs $2,200 once. If you continue to the Program within 60 days, all of it comes off the Program fee.
What if the Pilot does not deliver?
Then it ends there, and that is the point of it. The Pilot exists to show you the truth about your message before you commit to the full build. No rollover, no retainer, no pressure to continue. You keep the asset and the data either way.
What is the Partnership, and do I need it?
You do not need it. The Program stands complete on its own. The Partnership is for owners who want the engine run after it is built: the message refreshed from data each quarter, the publishing cadence kept, the numbers reviewed and acted on. It is $2,200 a month, billed quarterly, and it only makes sense after the Program has built the system it compounds.
Time and process
How long does the whole thing take?
The Program runs 7 to 9 weeks. The Pilot runs 30 to 45 days. Each stage is gated: nothing moves forward until the stage before it is done properly. That is why it holds.
How much of my time will it actually take?
One focused session per stage. That is the deal. The thinking has to be yours, so the sessions are real work, but there is no homework pile and no blank page. Everything else, the publishing and the page build, happens without you.
What happens on the first call?
We read your market and your message, and we say plainly whether this is a fit. Before the call, you send us the site or profile you are working with now. If it fits, you get the plan and the number. If it does not, we tell you on the call, and you leave with a clearer read on your voice.
What happens after I book?
You get a confirmation straight away with one preparation question in it. Answer it in a sentence or two and you are done. There is nothing else to prepare. Reminders arrive before the call so it does not sneak up on you.
Do I have to write the posts myself?
No. The message and the voice are pulled out of you in the sessions, because they have to be yours. The writing, the publishing rhythm and the page are then built for you. You approve what goes out. You do not draft it.
Fit and seats
Who is this for?
People who run a real business and whose public voice has gone quiet or generic. In practice that is three seats: the owner-operator whose name and company overlap, the chief executive of an established business that sounds corporate and careful, and the principal in a firm where trust is the whole product. Same method, tuned to the seat.
Who is this not for?
Anyone who wants to be famous, and anyone who wants a voice invented for them. The method names what is already inside a working business. If there is no real offer and no real reputation to draw on, there is nothing to name yet, and we will say so on the call.
I run a company, not a personal brand. Does this still work?
Yes. The method is not about making you a personality. It gives the company a voice the market can feel: plain words, held consistently, that sound like a person stands behind them. For an established business, that is usually the whole problem and the whole fix.
I am one partner in a firm. How does that work?
Your judgement is the message. We put it on the record in plain words, in your name, pointed at the work you want more of. Firms trade on trust, and trust arrives before the first meeting when the thinking is already public.
The work itself
What do I actually end up with?
A locked message, a public voice that sounds like you, a publishing rhythm with 5 to 7 posts live, and a book-call page wired to your calendar with the follow-up mechanics built: confirmation, reminders, and recovery for the people who almost booked. A working system, owned by you.
What platform does it run on?
The publishing and booking infrastructure is built on Skaffold and wired to your calendar. You do not need to learn it or operate it. And because the system is built rather than rented, it keeps working for you after the engagement ends.
I already have a website. Do I need another one?
Usually not. The book-call page does one job your site probably does not: it turns attention into booked calls. Sometimes the honest answer is structural, like the situations drawn in the blueprints, and if that is your case we will say so plainly on the call.
Is this social media marketing?
No. There is no dancing, no hot takes and no chasing a following. The method puts plain words in front of the market that already needs you, and sends the response to a page that books calls. Reputation, not fame.
Why would this work when the last thing I tried did not?
Because the last thing almost certainly ran without a locked message underneath it, so every post drifted. Volume without an anchor is why it felt like shouting. Here the message is locked first, then published, then measured. The order is the method.
After the Program
What happens when the Program ends?
You own the system and you can run it yourself. The message is written down, the rhythm is set, the page books calls without you touching it. If you want the engine run and compounded rather than just maintained, that is what the Partnership is for.
How do I know it is working?
One number: booked calls. Every move in the system points at it. You will also see the leading signals, what lands and what does not, measured over two-week publishing sprints. Decisions get made from that data, not from taste.
The next move
Asked everything? Then it is time to talk.
One call. We read your market, your message, and whether this fits. No pitch on the line.
